Jammy black cherries and blackberries, animal on the nose. Candied black fruits, tobacco, tannins, spices all mixed up in this on the palate with a long finish.

Wow. Fragrant out of the box, and keeps changing like a kaleidoscope. After a couple of hours, spice, pine resin, potter's clay, cranberry and ripe raspberry ooze, campfire ashes. Mouthfilling, earthy, sensual, good acids. If this is his entry level, I'm not sure I can handle the CDPs. Almost sensory overload.

Great fruit meaty intensity. Expensive vdt but worth it

Bold fruit, great body.

Chef is a heavyweight champ and he is not pulling any punches.
