Diamant Blue Brut Champagne Blend

Interesting champagne experience, bought recently from a trusted, local purveyor, fingers crossed it was still alive. Success, and still had some bubbles to share.

Nose has yellow apple peel, shaved ginger, beeswax candle and honey drizzled on recently baked bread.

Palate has warm honey, ginger soda, sugar preserved lemon, medium length finish.

A solid bottle to begin the weekend.
