2002: Packed with concentrated fruit, not jammy, but strong core of fruit. Still in ascent, with a nervy licorice bite on the finish. Happy to revisit over the years.

Still holding together quite nicely after 19 years.  Seamless, and mouth filling. Impressed.

Mar 10th, 2024Very stereotypical Cali Red to me with big “sweet” fruit. Okay and rich. Needed to be a bit fresher (i. e. More acid) to my palate. Would be a good restaurant wine I think.
