This is my second bottle of this wine and my last most likely
But this time I find an immense wine
Focused, long, fleshy, interesting and very enjoyable
Nose of very ripe pear, nutmeg, ginger and galangal
Coriander, white pepper and Vietnamese mint, cashew too
Not yet sweet at all, but giving you some hints of cheesecake for sure(not a sweet dessert at all I'd say)
... Yes for the lovers a little cherosene too, but to look for, much more going on luckily I reckon

Absolutely drinkable and interesting to confirm that with the 1991 vintage here downunder we can pretty much swallow down everything.
Not oxidased yet just a touch earlier
Lost the freshness, but great complexity
From medlar jam to candied ginger without a big deal of cherosene which I don't particularly fancy anyway
Broad, but compact and fleshy
Delicate and powerful
