Ruby with aromas of red fruit, with some floral perfume spice. On the palate flavors of rich red fruits, raspberries, cherries and strawberries, cola, oak and earthy spice. Well balanced, smooth texture, fine tannins, hint of mineral brings this wine to a medium+ length finish ending with rounded earthy notes. Nice! Drink now!

Medium lemon with aromas of honey, bruised apple fruit with honeysuckle notes, aged 6 months in neutral French oak after stainless fermentation. On the palate ripe apple, pear and citrus zest flavors, extremely savory on medium+ finish ending with fruit and floral spice character.

Plush out of the gate with soft red raspberries and cherries. After an hour the wine got some tannic grip and tightened up and showed a bit of teeth, tension, and acidic charm. One of the better Cali Pinots I've had recently. Could definitely use a cellar nap.

Intense translucent ruby red core that has a beautiful brightness to it. The bouquet is fresh and concentrated with ripe red fruits, wild flowers and a nice integrated earthiness. The palate is silky and focused with great tension and persistence and a long finish. #Hanzell has yet again knowcked one out of the park! Drink now and enjoy over the next 7+ years.

Super tight. Needs air. Then nose delivers cherry/pomegranate, nose tingling rock dust, and a little wet earth. Fresh, focused, cherry and rock dusted tannins. This is Hanzell's entry level wine but its tight age-worthy structure clearly shows its family genealogy.

A nose of candied cherry and raspberry is complimented on the palate with concentrated, savory red fruits and superbly integrated oak. Pricey, but polished.
