Strange dehydrated lemon nose with sandstone backing it up. Very acidic, almost to a fault, with gooseberry and kumquat flavors. A different take on sauvignon blanc that you'd normally find in New Zealand or France, and the difference makes it exciting.

Beautiful floral wine. Slight acidity that is ever so pleasant, great for a summers evening but needs to be extra cold.

Different than the U.S. west coast Sauv Blancs and New Zealand Sauv Blancs I've had. Drier, grassier rather than fruity. Acidic as a Sauv Blanc should be. Found it on cape cod for $11/bottle. Great for that price.

2013 Southern Right Sauvignon Blanc Walker Bay South Africa. Zingy grapefruit. Lemon. Tart citrus. Granny Smith apples. Not a lot of grass. I've liked everything from this winery.
