We enjoyed it with some veggie packed rice paper rolls 👌 It’s a rose gold / coppery pink colour in the glass with red berries, musk, watermelon and fresh green herbs coming through on the nose for me. In the mouth it has lovely flavours of juicy apples, lemon citrus, fresh raspberries and a hint of white pepper spice. Very easy drinking ☀️
