Rich lemon yellow color and loads of citrus on nose and palate. There is a lively richness to the texture that offsets the high acidity. Green apple, lemon, hawthorn and acacia. Very refreshing. Very active mouse - maybe not quite enough time in cellar to force the bubbles smaller for creamier texture but delightful. Uses all three major Champagne grapes - it has Champagne fruit but not quite the minerality

Delicate - florals, white peach, lemon curd, lots of brioche. beautifully round, creamy, subtle, and well integrated bubbs. Leaves kind of a heavy residue in the mouth?

Dufter rigt af brioche, mandler, moden pære, lys abrikos. Knapt så raffineret i munden, men let frisk syre og fine bløde bobler. Tør men ikke knastør. Bedre en de fleste andre alternativer til champagne (53 pct Pinot Noir, resten er Chardonnay og Pinot Meunier)
