New Mexico bubbles! Who knew?? Bringing a little bit of the desert sunshine to the snowy Canadian Rockies tonight. This is a super high quality bottle of bubbly copper pink rosé. Superbly dry with a mild yeasty, crab apple and orange blossom nose. Apples primarily carry over to the palate with hints of bread and white cranberry tartness. A surprisingly excellent bottle of bubbles given the unexpected origin. Recommend.
