sadly lost the bouquet notes :(.... but remember it was interesting and sharp with red fruits.... as for the flavors: really warm mouthfeel, rich with nice effervesence at the end keeping u wanting more. nice sweet/tart balance- raspberry and strawberry, some cranberry and a little sour cherry, a little round yeastyness right before the clear bubbly finish.
