APPEARANCE
Clear, medium lemon green color intensity.
NOSE
Clean, medium+ intensity of goosberry, lemon curd, and granite minerality, fully developed nose
PALATE
Dry, medium+ acidity, medium body and medium+ alcohol, medium flavor intensity of gooseberry, pineapple, lemon citrus, and cream. The oak is apparent on the body, adding to the weight of the wine's body. The flavor of the oak is well integrated as it really only becomes detectable on the finish after the fruit has faded from the taste.
CONCLUSIONS
Very good quality, the oak is well integrated and adds to the entire character of the wine instead of dominating it., Ready to drink now, further bottle aging will not benefit this wine, Mid-priced

Pale gold
Developing notes intense aromas of what used to be called minerality (now reduction) notes that remind of Riesling
Pyracinic floral notes like white flowers then lemon sherbert vanilla honey
high acidity lemon, grapefruit, pineapple and tropical flavors
full body high intensity flavors
Viscous

Are we sure this is California juice?! Decidedly old world in style. Lemon rind, wet slate, lovely integrated acidity. Refreshing on a hot day!

It surprised me with the touch of Oak. A Sav Blanc with aromatics of Chard.
