Sui Lieviti Colli Trevigiani Verdiso

The nose here has some hints of honeysuckle which made me think it was going to be a bit rich & sweet. The palate is stark mineral with some ripe peach notes and tense acid. The sweeter aromatics add complexity & bring forward additional dimensions to this.
