Nose: smells like mild berries, sweet cherry - like juice! Also some sourdough. Tastes: Fruity! Seriously reminds me of the jello my mom used to make from juice concentrate. Supposedly extra brut, but the fruit definitely gives the impression of sweetness. Some minerality, which is good. Fine. Not great. Not for me @$12.

Dry straw and tart strawberries. Very small bubbles.

First time having a sparkling wine made from malbec! A nice way to relax on the first Spring day where we can sit outside...
