Very good Vintage Blanc de Blanc from a leading Israeli producer. Methode Champenoise in style, this one offers aromas and flavors of lemon zest, green apple, clementine and grapefruit. Rounded out with notes of white flowers. Hints of slate And brioche. A gentle creaminess on the finish. This is a very complex bubbly that is crisp and elegant.
