Had this about a ago, tried a new batch. First released in 1985. A blend of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay, this Méthode Champenoise wine shows aromas of stone and citrus fruit with slight toasty biscuit notes. On the palate flavors of crisp Apple, pear and citrus zest, lively acidity, fine mousse and good bubble flow. Medium finish ending with fruit and yeasty mineral notes. Nice CA bubbly.

The palate shows crisp Apple and juicy pear flavors, lively acidity, creamy mousse and good steady stream of tiny bubbles. The finish is medium and leaves some mineral and yeasty notes. Nice CA bubbly.

Jan 25th, 2020I never knew a bubbly love like this. It’s beautiful (pink color), fresh and fruity. Pinot noir, grapes blended to perfection with a touch of Chardonnay. Dry like I prefer my rosé. Pale golden yellow color with abundant tiny bubbles and yeasty, black cherry, green apple and citrus aromas. On the palate it's moderately creamy mousse, and baked apple, grapefruit and cinnamon flavors. Medium+ finish. Good value
