This was muted, and so a disappointment. Leather and dried cherries dominated, acidity was dominant. It complemented steak, but wasn’t a sensation like I had hoped. In a slump?? Should I hold the other I have for several years??? Decanted for 4+ hours, tasted at the start, 2 hours, and 4 hours.
