Complex, shy aromas of red dried cherries, perfume, red flowers and tabacco. Med p body, med p acid(almost high), med p intensity, med plus tannin. delicate and juicy texture finished with fresh red cranberries and hint of tabacco. Drank with roasted scallop with potato puree, tagliatale pasta with ragu, veal steak with potato gratain. Sour cheery and craanberries on the first palate followed by acid and structure. Definitely needs time to open, aroma starts to open after 20 minutes of decanting.
