The first disappointing wine from Giant Steps! After 8 yrs and dozens of bottles of both stellar red and white, I guess they were due!! Shy nose. Sweet, confected strawberry fruit up front - a bit like cough syrup. Then quite thin and with little/no acidity or tannic structure to give length. Pass.
