A new wave, low alcohol Aussie Grenache. Very light-colored and fragrant, it’s got crushed cherry/strawberry fruit, nice sweet spice, a bit of warm sandstone stoniness. Lots of fruit up front in the palate, but transitions quickly to clingy savory/ mineral notes. At 12% alcohol, I was expecting more acid, but the acids are very relaxed. In fact the whole vibe of the wine is relaxed. Not complex or especially deep but very pleasurable.

Very light reddish color, decent fruit, really quite simple for such a young wine, just OK.
