Lemon, oyster shell, white flowers, jogurt touches too. The palate is acid driven and very lean. There isn't much width, but a chalky mouthfeel, with a bowl of a midpalate with lemon peel notes that expand in the rear and last for a while. Your definitive oyster wine. Not the best muscadet I have ever had, but a textbook example of its kind.
