Beautiful wine. Unreal nose of west earth, mineral, cassis, intense ripe fruit but huge mineral background. Just terrific. What a value this is. White pepper and herbs as well. Palate is elegant, juicy and has gorgeous ripe fruit and minerals galore. Still some structure to burn and finish is short as it needs air. But wow. It’s all there. I’ll be back as it breathes. Juicy and already fleshing out after 5 minutes. Terrific length. This gets so complete after an hour or so. Really energetic and sappy fruit. Great freshness.

Nov 7th, 2021What a smokeshow. Gorgeous nose of cherry liquer, cassis and lavender. Amazing purity and so not gloppy Grenache. Smell those Galets. Spice and licorice as well. Palate is so fresh and elegant with unreal purity. So juicy and Stoney with a trickle of heat but as it airs it will integrate. Lovely texture and freshness. Long finish.
