Powerful aromas of apples, peaches and a hint of brioche. Intense palate presence but not heavy. Packed with flavors of chalk, apples and nuts . Lots of life here, I probably should have waited 5+ years.

stone fruit, dried apricots -> fresh apricots, minerality. Freshly squeezed citrus lime & grapefruit juice. Texture like biting into a red apple.
