Top Notes For
What really struck me about this Cab was the overwhelming scent of fine tobacco on the nose; this paired well with the soft, velvety tannins of the wine to bring forth a smooth, mellow drink. I would recommend a nice, roasted duck with this wine, as the structure would stand up well to the fatty fowl, but there is not enough tannin to stand against a steak or other rich game. The dark fruit, rich earthy tones, and subtle spice make this a complex steal, at less than $10.

Nov 27th, 2016I plowed through a spicy sausage stuffed green pepper with this as a companion. Floral notes and an exotic sandlewood flavor. Finish was thin, but I'm not complaining
