Pretty classic and classy too at 10 years old. Day one super closed, but on day two firing on all cylinders. Dark purple/ruby. Nose of bacon fat, crushed blackberry, hint of minty spice. Good balance but still obviously new world.

Spicy smooth like good jazz. A lot of hit you in the face fruit on the darker end of the spectrum turning only slightly jammy. Clean finish with a little bit of herbal and an almost cayenne spice in the back of your throat.
