We opened this Galafrey 2012 Dry Grown Cab Sauv last week for #CabernetDay after picking it up on our Taste Great Southern trip earlier in the year - it didn't last long in the cellar!! This Cab is a deep, rich garnet colour in the glass with a lovely perfume of violets, capsicum/vegetal notes and blackberries laced with oak. In the mouth 👄 it has bucket loads of flavour with grippy, yet silky tannins. We enjoyed this bad boy after decanting for 30 odd minutes. $30/bottle. More please...
