Wild Ferment Santorini Assyrtiko

So much finesse. This is a sexy wine. Mineral and clean vibrant citrus with some slight barrely spice. High acid and so delicious.

Disappointed oaking down and vanilla softening. Should have read up better on the wine but could not think some one wanting to blemish such a basic wonderful wine style.

Very light greenish yellow color. Nose that is part Sauv Blanc and part Riesling. Very tart and bitter on the palate. Pineapple and lemongrass are the dominant flavors. Rough, biting finish.
