Natural berry like Bojo made by Sylvère Trichard. He started making wine in 2012 when he overtook his grandparents vineyard. Before he startedhe was trained by JC Lapalu and Dominique Belluard. Nice juice, but unfortunately the mousiness kicks in after a while.

Really the best Beaujolais Nouveau I have had. Not very much structure to be expected but the complexity they have gotten out of this wine is really impressive. Light and bright easy drinking. Notes of pomegranate and lemon.

Very aromatic with ripe red fruits wafting quite strongly. The color is a beautiful, deep ruby red with a surprisingly dry flavor. Medium bodied, with peppery flavors, strawberries, blueberries and a vegetal aftertaste.

Organic wine produced by Sylvere Trichard in Blace, a village in Beaujolais, made from gamay. Semi-carbonic maceration, aged in a combination of concrete vats, 5-6 years old barrels and foudre. Natural fermentation, no filtrage, no sulphitage.
