So juicy and delicious with a dark chocolate flourless brownie. Amplified the cocoa notes with the brownie. Dark cherry, baking spice

Decanting for an hour or so allows this cab to stretch it’s legs. The acidity is as a bit pronounced, but serves the overall profile wine well. Perhaps another year or two, and Washington Cab could be considered a dandy.
