The 2019 C3 is composed of equal parts counoise and cinsault with carignane rounding out the blend. Having the former two in the lead gave this one the aromas and flavors of cherry pie, as well as notes of pomegranate and lingonberry. Very fresh, and an excellent choice to go with our bison hot dogs on the grill! 40% Counoise, 40% Cinsault, 20% Carignane. 5/30/22.

Dec 5th, 2021This unique blend is fresh berry cobbler in a glass. Warm strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry flavors burst forth but with nothing that tastes artificial. There is definitely some depth to this wine, but without the heaviness that sometimes results. I love that these three grapes usually reserved for blending with more prominent Rhône varietals have been blended together for once. I will definitely buy another bottle in the future if Bill Frick makes it again! 50% Carignane, 27% Cinsaut, 23% Counoise. 11/8/21.

What an awesome blend. Fruity with some jam but not too hot or over the top. Nicely balanced but left me wishing for more. Overall I really enjoyed it.
