The 2018 Spring Confrerie dinner was a wonderful time with some great Alsatian wines (and non-Alsatian wines) and fantastic food!
Just a classic example of what it should be. Very honeyed and perfumed. Fair bit of acidity. Lingering honeycomb, pear and a touch spicy finish.

As classic as it gets, lychee ad rose petal. Off dry. Really Jumps out of the glass. Tasty. A Thai curry with this would be great.
