Not correct bottle (app won’t find it).... First time trying Les Noues from excellent grower Frédéric Savart. It is fresh, vibrant and youthful with a fine mousse and a bit of an Armagnac-like nose that further reveals exotic citrus, brioche, toasted nuts and smokey minerals. Finishes with good length and tension.
