Karmin 5 Trauben, Liebe und Zeit Rosé Blauer Wildbacher

Light red wine with a gentle nature and without even a pinch of added SO2 - which is amazing because it's so clean and focused. Not sure I would think of it as a rosé, but it's pretty light. Very fun stuff. Insanely drinkable. Lots of personality. Dry and savory finish. Lovely texture.

Really cool, light and very drinkable - blackberries, red berries and some natural funk

Think of a gose but flowered by light blueberry and honey aromas . On the palate good acidity and a hint of chalky-ness with a medium finish.

So awesome, ISI- infused strawberry jam with a cedar backbone.
