Pairs very well with lamb and grilled poultry. This is a very different wine, much lighter and less earth, than prior vintages.

I prefer the leaner styles and vintages of Cornelissen over a 15% bomb you wouldn’t normally equate with a natural wine. Yet it paired surprisingly well with Burmese food.

Гвоздика, розовый перец, пеламуши, ежевика, шелковица, мускатный орех. Парфюмированно и интенсивно, в меру кислотно, с уверенной структурой; вначале чуть зажато и контрастно, но с внутренней гармонией и чувством собственного достоинства. Интересно подождать и попробовать чуть позже.

Jun 24th, 2017Den här flaskan underpresterade tyvärr lite. Bondgård, parfymerat med röda bär och lite viol. Tanninerna får munnen att vattnas efter svald klunk. I övrigt rödbärigt, men lite obalanserat.
