One of the most complex wines I have ever tasted. If it had Co2 it could pass as a beer. Deep golden color with hints of cooked apple and malt. Finish fell short and the lack of acid results in the posted score.

Not the typical white. Needs at least 15-20 minutes to open and then you get the full set of flavours.

First time trying this. Dry, acidic with citrus and tart apple. Little bit funky with some Bret and VA.

Different! Almost a beer like taste... slight effervescence. Malty, werthers caramel notes, butter. Wish there was a little more acidity. This wine grew on me as I kept drinking, but not really my style.

Different
Butter, lichee, peach
We finished the bottle in no time. I guess this is a good sign!
