Munjebel Terre Siciliane Bianco 2015 by Frank Cornelissen, with local grapes like Carricane and Grecanico this is a very fresh white wine like Strohmeier, 2Naturkinder, Stol’n by TR and other organic wines we really like. This one is less mineral more fruity and lacked a bit acidity for seafood, but really pleasant as aperitive. Some star fruit on palate

Many of the typical natural wine elements are on display here, but Cornelissen has the magic touch. The citrusy/salty finish is explosive, and lingers on and on.
