Лимонные цукаты, айва, конфитюр из желтого грейпфрута, карамель, хлебная корка, лактонный шлейф. Тельно, с ленивым, едва ощутимым муссом и ненапористой, но собранной кислотностью. Щедро и полно, в меру глубоко и развито, с поддерживающей фруктовый объём естественной свежестью. Не супер-утонченно, но по-хорошему экспрессивно. При длительной аэрации чуть проседает в структуре.

10 years on lees. Rich and creamy style of champagne with stewed nectarine and lemon curd. Super fine bubbles, a very intense pleasure to drink, the kind you never want to end. 2001 vintage is a 70% Pinot Meunier and 30% Chardonnay. Vallee de la Marne. Exquisite.
