Jul 22nd, 20192014 White Burgundy is the shit. This is so great. White flowers, lime zest, green apple. Great nose. Gorgeous palate. Creamy and rich, but also terrific cut from the acids. Some citrus as well. Long, so clean and dynamic. Such energy and purity. Great value.

Simply delightful and crisp aromatics of honeycomb and straw — to me, that classic Burgundy, but in a reserved and dry and reserved way that I love. There is still acid here, but in balance. Vive la balance!
