'12 vintage with a little sleep time, really opened up second day, floral nose and red fruit, went pretty good with the pork chops

Nebbiolo! Super crazy tannic (it kind of reminds me of the cinnamon challenge) and a lingering finish that clears out with strong acidity. This opened up beautifully throughout the night and made me crave a fatty lamb stew.
