We visited FOUR SEASONS WINERY at Baramati and tasted this wine at the winery. Many wines get spoiled in their transport to the city -- hence, it was good to drink the wine at the winery. This wine should be chilled at 10-12 degrees C. It has many different hues, which unravel after it "breathes". Pale yellow, it is refreshing and acidic. With flavours of melon and berries, the distinctive flavour of this wine is that it is herbaceous. If you love the flavour of a "herbaceous" wine, you will love this wine.
