Filetta di Lamole Chianti Classico Sangiovese

Surprisingly firm, youthful & rustic, even after 4h decanting. A darker & burlier Chianti Classico.
Dark cherries, tomato leaf, sun dried tomato, a hint of roast & olives.
On the palate this shows a firm tannic structure, herby and slightly dry after a while, filled with juicy cherry acidity and herby fruit.
This shows good depth & load of rustic (in a good way) character. Excellent with a Fiorentina. Probably would not enjoy it as much solo.

Black cherry nose. Oaky and black cherry tongue opens up to strong body of tannins and concentrated fruit, finishes with grapes and slight vanilla aftertaste on tongue
