The dense nose is dominated by complex layers of fresh lingonberry and compliments of dark cocoa, chanterelle and savory herbs. The mouthfeel is full, plush, balanced and complete with the lingering, robing texture of fine-grained tannins on the finish. This impression is confirmed on the palate by an expressiveness driven by lively, persistent acidity.

Drinking without pairing does not do justice, especially cheese, eggplant and olives. Absolutely delicious with food, compliments the wine tremendously.
