Very good, green/red apples, tropical fruits, def oak, but not a whole bunch of new oak, so not overly pungent with new oak influence, but enough to soften it, slight buttery finish, alcohol was medium, nice finish.

This was quite nice! The taste is like biting into a fresh white peach dipped in vanilla yogurt. So well made and only 13.4 ABV. Bravo! California chard is Fiyah for me lately!!!
