A red I got in a small festival in a relatively new shop close to home.
Limited myself to red wine and this one seemed quite intresting so I fetched a bottle.

Condensed red with long legs 👁️

Red dry fruit with some pepper with funk on the background 👃

Medium high acidity.
Medium body of ripe fruit followed by spices that linger on 👄

Medium pleasant 🎯 with the spices taking their time, leaving you with some enjoyable alcohol burn and well integrated tannin dryness.

It's interesting and very drinkable. Me and a friend drank it slowly yet happily during a long slow weekend brunch.

14% abv

Not my fave style (dark fruit with strong spice) but well made.

Good vfm (89 nis) for a well oaked red.

Paired surprisingly well with spicy but not hot feast that included carrot, pistachio and curry soup, cauliflower and brussel sprout stir fry, some shakshuka and tahini and beet.
