Nose has that classic cherry spice. Some cherry flower perfume.

Big dense cherry fruit on the palate. Some grippy minerals. Maybe a hint of heat. Some juicy deliciousness.

Some grippy tanins. Good structure.

Good but not rocking my world.

Somewhat closed.

As this opens gets a bit stewy. Cherry liquor. I’d drink early as a pricey glou glou

An hour in its very good. Big spice. Big fruit. Almost a savory spice on the nose.

Oct 26, 2019. Prep for Piedmont trip and dinner w/ Jack D and KK. 100% Nebbiolo. Cherry syrup, not too tannic but could definitely cellar longer.
