Blend of 57% Syrah, 24% Petite Sirah & 19% Grenache, deep Ruby with aromas of berry fruits, vanilla and smoky spice. On the palate flavors of ripe black cherry and blackberry with vanilla, cacao ondine licorice. Long finish, fine soft tannins, ending with fruit, oak, spice and vanilla. Nice has good short term aging.

Overall a perfect bottle of wine. It was everything my wife and I love in a bottle; strong flavors but not overpowering. A solid red blend!

The 2018 Big Easy is a dense, plush opulent wine. The Big Easy fills the palate with masses of dark fruit, suggesting an ample, full-bodied character wine. Dark cherry, chocolate, licorice, new oak, leather and spice all build as the 2018 shows off its exuberant personality. A touch of new oak adds mid-palate richness and sweetness. Delicious.
Big fruit, lots of medium to dark reds. Bit of animal funk in there in a really pleasant undertone, with the oak blending and gluing everything together. It's a nice ride and a lovely sip. Enjoy the 2016 now.
