Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

Family-owned and operated by Don and Rhonda Carano since 1985. Aromas of tropical fruits and citrus notes. On the palate flavors of peach and pineapple with lemon rind and slight nuttiness. Medium finish, nice acidity balance ending with crisp citrus.

Pale yellow, excellent clarity. Neutral aroma initially. Floral, citrus and stone fruit -apricot- flavors, peach and dried fruit aftertaste with slight spritz and puckery tartness. Sulfite emerges later in nose and mouth. 24 hours later, more fruit, esp. peach, no sulfite so decant then chill a bit.
