Medium ruby, the 2018 Fèlsina Chianti Classico Riserva Berandenga needs time to open up in the glass, revealing restrained aromas of red and black cherry, red plum, dried herbs, discrete wood and earth. The palate is medium bodied and nicely balanced by fresh acidity, polished tannins but lacks fruit concentration. Drink from 2026 until 2040.
