Gorgeous, full, rich butterscotch nose with notes of peach, citrus, oak, honeycomb and just a touch of pear. Wonderfully full, rich and creamy on the palate. Flavors of peach, lemon curd and crunchy pear lead to notes of toasted nuts and oak, and extremely bright, zesty acidity. The finish is long and complex with lots of buttery notes, spice and lingering acidity. Wonderful with a rich cheese plate.
