A really interesting take on Cabernet, this is vinted in a more Hellenic style. It is fruit forward, with bright acidity, but medium of body, with a spicy caramel finish. Note that despite the caramel, it is not overly oaky. It would pair well with Mediterranean cuisine, or as a classy Summer dipper. 😺🍷
