Very nice after a long day

Beautiful and illuminating. Rich, lush flavor of plums, berry, smoke, and spice. Hint of vanilla and dark chocolate. Plush and full-bodied with a velvety balanced finish.

Surprisingly good.

Nice but rough at the back palate

Savory. Low tannin, low acid, a hint of fruit as it opens up, but not what I was expecting.

I don’t treat wines well but this wine held up nicely in our basement. Easy to drink. Spouse enjoyed and she is normally not a red wine fan.

Nice Rhône style Wine from Monterey County. Just right with braised pork shank and coq au vin.

Random grocery story find. Really, unexpectedly good!
